Dr. Powell is a native of South Jordan. He and his wife, Amy, have two children, Hannah and Zachary. Dr. Powell has been in practice for 14 years. He spent the first 7 years at 6069 S Highland Dr, and then relocated his Practice to Jordan Landing in June of 2004.

He is a graduate of The University of Utah, and The University of Iowa School of Dentistry. He has dedicated his professional career to providing patients with the best that dentistry has to offer.

Dr. Powell's practice exceeds the standard of care, providing the newest dental techniques and state of the art equipment to meet the needs of each patient with advanced, comfortable and personalized dental care.

Dr. Powell has completed multiple continuing education courses in sedation dentistry, cosmetic restorations, invisalign (clear wireless braces), general orthodontics, and endodontics. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Utah Academy of General Dentistry, Salt Lake Dental Society, Academy of LDS Dentists.

Cindi - Office Manager, has been involved in dentistry since 2000 and has been with Dr. Powell since 2004. She has gained her work experience in several insurance companies and medical offices. She enjoys helping patients receive the benefits they deserve from insurance companies. She is always willing to help with any of the patients needs.

Cherice - Office Manager, Has been in dentistry since 2005 and has been with Dr. Powell since 2009. She has dental experience as both a dental assistant and front office. She received her training from several dental offices and graduated from Utah Career College. She enjoys helping the patients find affordable ways so they are able to get the best dentistry possible. She is very friendly and loves helping people feel comfortable in our office.

Sue - Hygienist, Has been in the dental field since1996 and has been with Dr. Powell's office since 2004. She is very friendly and always puts the patient's needs and wants first. She has a big concern to help her patients receive the best dental care and to educate our patients on oral health.

Kristen - Dental Hygiene Assistant, Has been in dentistry since 2005 and has been working for Dr. Powell since 2008. She has received her training at Jordan Applied Tech. Center. Kristen is very efficient in everything she does and loves making patients feel welcomed and cared for.

Diane - Dental Assistant, Has been involved with dentistry since 2005 and has been working for Dr. Powell since 2006. She is very social and outgoing. She loves getting to know every patient and will always make you feel at home no matter what.

Tiana - Dental Assistant, Has been in dentistry since 2003 and has been with Dr. Powell's office since 2005. She has gained her work experience in California. She is very gentle and caring to every patient. She is great at putting every patient at ease and making sure they are comfortable and happy while they are at our office.
